Dear InterContinental Residences Saigon Management Team,
My name is Niki Tran. I had stayed here 3 times in the last two years. The first time was through a third party travel services. I had also stayed at Rex Hotel as well as Caravelle Hotel in Saigon.
But I would like to say your team at InterContinental Residences Saigon is the BEST after all. From the greating personel (ones in Vietnamese Ao Dai), receptions, to housekeeping and any hotel emplyee we ran into in the elevators... They all are every polite, friendly and professional. Your team has desmonstraed a 4-star customer services. It makes travellers like us wanting to come back.
